Model TCSB - II

This model enables a Quality Control Engineer to check the Solderability of components at the inspection stage as per ISI 589. Model TCSB - II is also extensively used in Electronic and Electrical Industries for tinning the bus bar ends or the components leads to ensure better joints. This gadget can also be used for tinning of wafers in semiconductor devices manufacturing companies.

 
Model : TCSB - II consists of
(a) Solid State Electronic Temperature Controlling Unit,
(b) Solder Melting Pot mounted on SS Platforms on sturdy MS Angle frame at a comfortable height for the operator.

Temperature Controller is Thermocouple sensing type having setting and indicating range from 0 to 400° with an accuracy Description: http://newconsys.com/images/plusm.gif1° C. The Temperature Controller Unit is available with Digital Indicating Controller. Solder Melting Pot Consists of specially designed four heaters mounted around stainless steel container which is resistant to solder.
